Wednesday Wellness is a free, 30-minute mindfulness meditation gathering—a space to pause, breathe, and gently meet yourself just as you are.
Together, we slow down and practice noticing what’s present — calm or chaos, ease or discomfort. Sometimes we feel peaceful and grounded. At other times, the mind is busy or emotions are stirred. All of it is welcome.
This practice is not about “feeling a certain way.” It’s about showing up with kindness, curiosity, and non-judgment — allowing whatever arises to be met with care. Even when nothing changes on the outside, something within us often shifts.
Week after week, participants share that they leave feeling more connected, not because they reached a perfect state of calm, but because they allowed themselves to simply be. And that is more than enough.
