This is a free offering - just show up at Yoga From the Heart with an open heart and take a lunch break that supports you.
Take a pause in the middle of your workweek with Wednesday Wellness, a free 30-minute session dedicated to restoring balance and focus. Each week, I guide participants through a unique meditation designed to nurture your well-being and explore self-care practices that can extend beyond our time together.
Whether it’s a breathing exercise, visualization, mindfulness practice, or gentle movement, these meditations are crafted to help you reconnect with yourself and find calm amidst the busyness of life.
While the meditation lasts half an hour, many attendees choose to stay afterward to connect, share, and engage in reflective conversations with the community. Everyone is welcome, and if there’s a specific type of meditation you’d like to experience, feel free to reach out—I’d love to hear your ideas.
