Join Kelley and me for a deeply relaxing 90-minute yoga class designed to restore and renew your mind and body. We’ll begin with a seated meditation, focusing on breath control (pranayama) to center yourself and set the tone for the class. From there, Kelley will guide you through gentle movements, leading into restorative postures held for 5-10 minutes each.
Using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, these postures allow your muscles and joints to fully relax, inviting a deeper stretch and opening. While Kelley leads the movements and postures, I’ll share Reiki and light-touch energy work throughout the session, enhancing your relaxation and sense of balance.
We’ll end with an extended savasana, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and completely renewed. This is your time to relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself—we can’t wait to share it with you!
