We are deeply grateful for our 2nd Annual Welcome Winter Solstice Gathering, which once again sold out and even filled a waitlist—thank you for showing up with such open hearts. Each year, we look forward to gathering at Yoga from the Heart to gently welcome the winter season together. Through gentle yoga and Reiki, we create space to slow down, rest, and ease into the holidays and the quieter rhythm of winter. This gathering has become a meaningful pause for both of us, and we’re so honored to share it with this community.

I was honored to be invited to the South Down Garden Club for a mid-November self-care workshop focused on gently preparing ourselves for the holiday season. We explored simple mindfulness practices, a guided meditation with a journaling prompt, and calming breathwork to ease anxiety and soften overwhelm—creating space to pause, reconnect, and care for ourselves during a busy time.

I was grateful to be part of the Gilford Community Church's Women’s Day, where Gina and I offered a self-care presentation. Gina led a gentle movement session, which I complemented with breathwork, a guided meditation, and a reflective journaling prompt. Being part of these women’s gatherings is always meaningful and continues to inspire the Women’s Day events we create together!
